We continue with the subject of, The Millennium and the End of Sin The fate of the earth According to our Adventist friends, “The earth will be burned completely with a purifying fire…” “Describing the day of the Lord, when all traces of sin will be eliminated, Peter said, “The heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up”…
We continue with the subject of, The Millennium and the End of Sin Having we hope thoroughly considered the subject of where our Adventist friends believe Satan will be during the Millennium, we now would like to consider what they believe to be, The fate of the earth Our Adventist friends say: “The earth will be burned completely with a purifying fire…and that during the time that the saints are reigning in heaven the earth will be desolate for a…
The following was made in response to Part 30 of our study on the time features of the Great Pyramid. Hi I try to redo John Herschel’s calculation of Alpha Draconis as polar star concerning the corridors on the northern side of the Great Pyramid. You will always get two solutions of the problem. One when the star is approaching the polar point and one when the star is moving away from the point. The angular velocity along the precession…
We continue with the subject of, The Millennium and the End of Sin In our previous post we were looking at an excerpt from an article entitled, “Who may dwell in God’s Presence”, and continue here. Further Evidence Adduced “Another line of argument may be offered here to show that the casting down of the dragon to the earth did not really mark the time of Satan’s overthrow, the establishing of the Kingdom and the coming of salvation, for the…
We continue with the subject of, The Millennium and the End of Sin The following excerpt coming from The Herald of Christ’s Kingdom – April 1927 and an article entitled, “Who may dwell in God’s Presence”, supplies us with further insight on this matter of Satan and the “war in heaven”. “Who is able to stand before this holy Lord God?” — 1 Sam 6:20. “The holiness of Jehovah, His stability in righteousness, is throughout the Scriptures proclaimed with great…
We continue with the subject of, The Millennium and the End of Sin The following excerpt comes from The Herald of Christ’s Kingdom – May 1930 and an article entitled, “When Satan Fell from Heaven” (Edited) “I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.” — Luke 10:18. “Those who have carefully studied the subject of Satan’s history and his relationship to creation on this earth have no difficulty in understanding the Bible explanation that the Adversary in his original creation…
We continue with the subject of, The Millennium and the End of Sin In our previous post we were considering the “war” for the ecclesiastical or religious heavens, between the two elements of society vying for control. Previous to this time this power or control was held in the hands of the dragon or Imperial Rome with the emperor referred to as Pontifex Maximus (the Chief Religious Ruler), and in such capacity he wore the red cardinal flamens (priest’) hat…
We continue with the subject of, The Millennium and the End of Sin In our last three posts we were taking a look at an article entitled “War in Heaven” written by Michael Bradley in which he envisions a war to take place in heaven sometime in the future supposedly during the great tribulation. In his discourse he imagines that there are three heavens, the first heaven being the earth, the second being the “air” or atmosphere presently inhabited by…
We continue with the subject of, The Millennium and the End of Sin In our last two posts we were taking a look at a third possible view as to when some imagine a supposed “war in heaven” as mentioned in Revelation Chapter 12 is to take place. The first two views we looked at envisioned it to have taken placed in the past, but here in an article entitled “War in Heaven” written by Michael Bradley it is projected…
We continue with the subject of, The Millennium and the End of Sin In our previous post we were taking a look at an article entitled “War in Heaven” written by Michael Bradley in which he envisions a “war in heaven” to take place in the future during the great tribulation. We continue where we left off with his discourse and his question: Why would God cast Satan out of the second heaven? Why not just wait until His Son…
